Option to pull Quick Settings from bottom screen corners.

For those of us who like having the new split panels for quick settings and notifications, I think it would be great option to add the ability to swap the location assignment of the top right corner and the bottom two corners that usually bring out the assistant app. 

It would make more sense for one handed use since we are more likely to want to quickly access quick settings over assistant or notifications, especially since the media player belongs there now and a lot of people who like the old panel set up have a problem with having to double swipe to use it now.
