One UI community needs a Depth effect on the Lock Screen.

Hey One UI Dev Team,

I think it's time to consider adding an option to the Edit Lock Screen page for a depth effect. I know it's a feature found in other OSes like iOS or other Android OEMs, but as a community, we believe it's time to upgrade the lock screen. It feels outdated when compared to other OSes.

One UI dev team: please implement a depth-based lock screen clock (foreground/background layering with wallpaper subject detection). This would improve visual hierarchy, glanceability, and perceived polish during frequent lock screen interactions.

Yes we definitely need more lock screen customisation and depth effect on lockscreen wallpaper. Due to unavailability of depth effect on lockscreen I had bought Depth Effect Wallpaper app from Play Store.

I am appreciate your efforts and hardwork which you are provided to us with best android skin out there. With respect. I want to suggest you to add depth effect wallpaper option on lockscreen to make it more modern and refine. Also make all shortcut icons on lockscreen to frosted even if we choose any on device or third-party app to it . One more thing to touch add option to change lockscreen widgets blur level 0 to 100. We simply need transparent widget on lockscreen like ios and other skins.

Hi Samsung Team, I’d love to see a true depth effect for the lock screen. Something like 3D wallpapers where the background moves slightly behind the clock, widgets, and icons, creating a sense of depth. This would make the lock screen more dynamic and visually engaging.
