Minimum brightness is too bright

If I'm tossing and turning in my sleep this is like a lighthouse strobing even with adaptive brightness. Needs to be way lower for dark ambient light

I suggest using night or sleep mode. The screen doesn't turn on unless you push a side button and it's very dark.
I've also scheduled in Routines a dark watch face that automatically applies during sleep mode as well.
