Media player unavailable in combined quick panel view

The system media player isn't available when the quick settings panel is pulled down. Users would have to click on the "media output" button or further pull down the quick panel to access the media player.

This happens when I set the notifications and quick settings to appear together.

I'd like for the media player to be on quick setting as well, i dont like having to pull down to change my music
