The media player should stay on (just like one ui 6) if you have something open or locked. For example i have set spotify to "keep open" so i would like to have the option to see what was playing last inside of the quick panel. Makes it more convenient to resume what i was doing before. Same thing with the now bar. I often have to go back into spotify to resume my music shortly after pausing.
