Make notification boxes smaller

I'm finding the notification boxes to be way too large. Three short notifications take up almost a third of my screen (s24 ultra). 

The text size is scaled down to what I like, but the boxes are excessively large for the small text. Along with that, they are bigger than everything else on the screen. Maybe the circle app icons need to be made smaller so the boxes can scale down?
