Live Notification should be Rebranded to Live Panel

It doesn't make sense that a Live Notification can be dismissed, it residing within the Control Panel we still have a One Hand Operation as the important information is at the top. Live Panel.

I doubt there will be any major changes to OneUI7 in the near future. Probably, a OneUI 7.1 or 8.😔
