It is not downloading

It won't let me install the beta on my Galaxy Watch 6 LTE. It keeps saying up to date even after I joined it.

Yeah, same here. I have Verizon and it keeps saying "Up to date" so there isn't anything for me to download.

That's pretty sad. You'd think the beta should see lte not being used and treat as Bluetooth watch. Hire better programmers. Looks bad on Samsung.

That's irresponsible for Samsung. Getting people's hopes up for the coveted beta only to be stopped at the gate. In the past, if your device wasn't compatible, you where not even able to sign up.
