I have problem when I want to see notification

To see notification I have to go back to home screen to see it. It's other way to do it

I don't understand. If you swipe on the status bar from the center or left side, it shows notifications if you're not on the home screen. If you swipe from the right side, it shows the quick panel. You can swipe left or right to toggle between the two.
