Why do people keep comparing to iOS?

Because even Xiaomi has Depth Effect. 🙂

Because it is the most successful mobile operating system in much of the world and Samsung's largest competitor, and because Samsung's flagship devices are equal in price.

If iOS offers a feature, no matter how small, it is in Samsung's best interest to offer an equal or better version of that feature. This is also better for users.
