Consistency of Blur

The lockscreen notifications should all have blur. They show up solid white or black except randomly when I have alot of notifications YouTube randomly is blurred. The blur needs to be consistent and incorporated into the whole UI

I've ran into this twice. It's not constant for me but yes a quick fix is needed.

It only seems to happen to me with YouTube and when I have a bunch of notifications from alot of apps

For me it's very random.. it'll just happen... Either way, yes a fix is necessary.
