Colors washed out?

Are the colors washed out or it's just me?

Mine did the same thing, so I'm thinking this is default, but not necessary to go into the settings to change it (like toggling off grayscale). I opened Theme Park and used it to place my own customized color layout and it took.

It might also be the dim wallpaper while dark mode is on.
