Bring back old media switcher in notification shade (One UI 8.5 beta)

Old behavior: One swipe down showed the media card in notifications. If Spotify + YouTube were active, I could swipe left/right on the media card to switch apps instantly.

Now: Media card isn’t in the main notification shade (or shows only one app). Switching Spotify ↔ YouTube needs extra swipe/taps via Quick Settings/Media output.

Request: Restore the previous one-swipe notification media card + swipeable multi-app carousel so I can switch between active players directly from notifications.
