(Bring back) Vertical Stack in Recents

The Recents application (via Home Up) has the Horizontal Stack, mini vertical scroll etc., but hasn't had the 'Vertical Stack' option some Android 14.

Allow a Vertical Stack option within the Home Up Application for the Recents page.
