Better Weather app

The weather app should not have to rely on weather.com in a pop-up. It's slow, inconsistent, and clunky. The best One UI yet should improve over the last.

I use the weather app daily and would appreciate this change!

It's easy to do that, but at the same time I love the consistency of using the official Stock apps. Plus, Samsung can do a lot better. No reason not to!
