Dear Samsung Support,
I have configured a Bixby Routine to enable auto sync only while my device is charging, connected to Wi-Fi, and within a specific time window. Despite this, Google Contacts frequently initiates sync outside of these parametersโparticularly when the phone is not chargingโresulting in unnecessary battery drain and undermining the intended automation.
Given that this is a Samsung device, I would expect system-level routines to govern app behavior more reliably. Can Samsung advocate for tighter integration or enforcement of sync boundaries with Google services? It seems counterintuitive that core apps can bypass device-level automation, especially when battery optimization is a priority.

Auto Sync is off but Google Contacts Sync is running anyway.
