Allow users to change individual icons like how Nova Prime does

Title. It would be nice to be able to do this for icons that don't get changed by Themepark or if the icon pack has multiple icons for the same app and you just want to change it. This is without having to tap the 3 dot menu and change the icon there, leaving the icon pack and reapplying, which doesn't seem to work according to the issue I posted on the Discussions board. 

I read a while back (probably while One UI 6 was the latest) that One UI 7 was supposed to implement a better way to change icons but that apparently never happened, and One UI I doesn't do that and still relies on Themepark.

It's kind of amazing that Samsung is so good at allowing customizations, but doesn't allow/have certain customizations.

It works fine for me, it's not a big deal. I change a lot of them for a real custom look.

Every app in my dock I changed the icon and picked something different.

The telephone is from whatever Cia is, the Google Messages is from Verizon Messages, Chrome is from Socrates, Gallery and Camera I picked what I liked better.
