Add option to auto record calls

Add the option to auto record all calls, calls from contacts, or calls from non contacts only.

I agree the app i accidently deleted did auto record the downside the audio quality was muffled but it was my only option as call recording wasn't available in the us til now

Fingers crossed I put it on this thread and also as a suggestion straight to Samsung on here so who knows!
