Add ability to remove parts from the Quick Settings

I'm frustrated that Samsung has added more unnecessary toggles to the quick settings; I would appreciate the ability to customize and remove some of them.

The toggles highlighted in red: Nearby Devices, SmartThings, SmartView, and Modes.

I'm starting to think this is either saved for One UI 8 or just won't change at all...
