Currently, we can use the Gallery and My Files app to Move Secure Folder contents out of the Secure Folder.
I believe it should also have an option like "Copy Out of Secure Folder" and vice versa. It is the similar option as "Move Out of Secure Folder", just the files copied will not be deleted from Secure Folder.
