0.5x Animations Glitch

When I set my animations to 0.5x and I try to open an app, as it loads, it blinks. Please make a smoother transition so it doesn't "blink" anymore. It makes the phone look cheap and makes it seem as if it has problems loading the app.

I can't upload a video on here, so I'll take screenshots of the video I took and hopefully you can understand what I mean:

As you can see, it blinks (gets darker).

does the blink at 1x too I think it's just a Spotify problem, optimizing to android seems to be an afterthought to them
