When will Samsung wallet allow direct express debit card

When is Samsung's wallet going to allow adding the direct express debit card? I really need them to allow the adding of that card. It will make everything a whole lot easier!!!

It all depends on the agreements with the financial institutions. Even for Google Wallet or Apple Pay, negotiating takes years.
