Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

I did a factory reset and mine still won't update?

Code 500 on my s21+ 5g too. I cleared the cache memory using the power up buttons. Not to try safe mode. Ugh

I'm having this issue. Is there any reason to try to force the update in safe mode, or am I fine just waiting for them to fix it? I called Verizon, and they just keep trying to sell me a new phone.

I have tried all the listed tricks on all 5 of my families different models of verizon samsung phones with no luck. I was finally told in a samsung chat that I will just have to wait.Wait and tell the next update comes out. This is very annoying because my phone keeps populating.That the update is attempted to be download.

I used safe mode on my girlfriends S23 to install the update, and it worked 1_28_2025
