Unable to access the Samsung Store/Google Store

Can someone please help,  i can't get into Samsung Store or  the  Google Store  !

What happens when you try going into the store have you cleared the apps cache

Are you on mobile data or WiFi? Have you restarted your device? If that doesn't work, clear cache & data for both stores.
