My qled TV went "offline" from smartthings the other day, and it won't reconnect. So I removed the device from smartthings and attempted to re-add it. It hangs on "registering device" in the app, and the TV says registration cancelled. I've tried everything. All firmware is updated. Everything was hard restarted. Reset accounts and smartthings on the TV, and even full reset the TV itself. Also had removed and re-registered the device in my Samsung account. Nothing changes. Still hangs on registration. No idea where to go from here.

Samsung Apps and ServicesYup, have the same problem. Uploaded feedback to Samsung via the SmartThings app, hopefully they can fix this. I would suggest you do the same.
Smartthings > settings > Contact Us > Send Feedback

Same here. So frustrating. Everything has been working perfectly for YEARS.
