Swipe through months before animation finishes

It's a small request but the calendar used to have a feature where you could swipe through the months before the transition animation was finished.

Looks like this has been changed; now you have to wait for the animation to finish before you can swipe to the next month. Example, if you're on January and you swipe left twice in quick succession, it will only go to February and not March. Not being able to do this makes the app feel stiff and clunky. Other than that, I like the app.

My calendar doesn't seem to have that issue. In Developer Options at the bottom of Settings (if activated), tap on it and scroll to Drawing and tap on Transition Animation Scale and change it to 1X. See if that solves your issue.

Thanks for the suggestion, looks like all of my different animation scales were already at 1x.

Try this in Developer Options
Set it to 0. 5X in these 3
Window animation scale

Transition animation scale

Animator duration scale

See if this helps.

It didn't really do much as the main underlying issue is still there.

Anyway, I'll just have to put up with it. Thanks anyway.

Yes, same here. It has nothing to do with developer settings. In an earlier version of the app you could swipe through the months way faster.

I was having this issue too, but if you go to the calendar settings in the app, there is an update now that fixes this.
