Samsung Apps and ServicesGreetings,
I have come to gain insight about the abnormally high battery usage of a system app referred to as AutoHotspot. Recently, after I updated to the latest firmware available for my device I've been experiencing various input issues, this prompted me to begin searching around the device, and discovered a few odd apps. Various applications such as CameraSaverApp and AutoHotspot have been consuming 10% charge each, I personally find such a phenomenon strange.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI don't believe there is any native app called "CameraSaver". If you do not use the app, and it's uninstallable, by all means uninstall it. If you cannot uninstall it, either disable it or optimize it to "restricted". Auto Hotspot is not a separate app, but a setting in your mobile hotspot settings. It should be turned off. If you are seeing a separate app for it in your app list, then it is not a legitimate Samsung app and just be uninstalled. If you have a carrier locked/branded device, these apps may have come from your carrier if you, yourself, did not download them. Carriers add apps to their update downloads.

Samsung Apps and ServicesUnfortunately, the app isn't directly uninstallable as it's a system application. The other app, com.android.camerasaver.camerasaver, is also consuming a large amount of charge (10%) and regularly accesses my camera. What's more unusual is the presence of an unrecognized account with an Android icon on the hardware reset page.

Samsung Apps and ServicesIf you have an unrecognized account on your reset page, you should just be able to delete that account from your phone in accounts and backup, manage accounts. Are you seeing that com.android.camerasaver app in your file manager? Because it would not be in your apps list, and it still does not make it a system app. There is no native app called camera saver. You should be able to delete that file from your file manager.
You said you are seeing an unrecognized account on your phone. This could indicate that you have been hacked or compromised.
Let's review -
1. You have a strange account on your phone
2. You have two apps that do not belong there that are draining your battery. It seems like those two apps can be used to spy on you (camera) and utilize your mobile data remotely.
Options -
1. If you cannot uninstall the apps, delete the com files from your file manager.
2. Make sure the actual, real, setting for auto hotspot is turned off.
3. Remove the unknown account from your phone.
4. Secure your own accounts with a new password from a device other than your current one.
5. Reset your phone and start your setup from scratch - do not restore a backup. Make sure your personal data is moved to a flash drive or computer prior to resetting so you do not lose it.
