I've tried so many times and ways to get my washer and dryer connected to smart things, and absolutely nothing works. I do have a VPN on my phone. It's disabled, but the app is still present on my phone, but it has no permissions to anything. I think it's getting in the way of the connection. I can't even uninstall the app...
