Hello I recently purchased three smart things outlets and have them connected to my smart station. Periodically when turning them on with the smart things app and then trying to turn them off they won't turn off unless I manually press the power button on the outlet I have deleted the device and reconnected it, reset the device multiple times issue still persist any suggestions would be helpful
