I have secure folder and before today I was able to access it easily, however I forgot the password and I can't use biometrics because I restarted my phone, and no forgot password button is showing and I couldn't unlock my phone remotely, what can I do?
If you've forgotten your password to sign into your phone the only way to regain access is to do a factory reset to remove the phone password. You will then need setup your phone with the same Google Account and Samsung Accounts that's on the phone and perform a restore from backup to restore your phone.

They restarted the phone and can't access the phone now since they can't remember the phone password so they would be required to factory reset the phone to remove the phone password.
