Samsung health is spinning, I've tried the troubleshooting. Any recommendations? Im redy to return the Galaxy watch. Thanks any help appreciated

Thanks for responding, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as reomed the additional monitor app and it is working. The main reason I wanted the watch was for the health features.

What do you mean "spinning"?  Can you give a more accurate description of what is happening or provide a screen shot?  You can take a screen shot on the watch by pressing both buttons at the same time.

So, it's the app on the phone, not the watch.  It looks like the app is finishing setting up, have you tried:

1) restarting your phone after the app updated?

2) clearing the cache and data from the health app?

3) uninstalling and reinstalling the health app?

4) clearing the phone's cache partition?

Why are you ready to return the watch if the issue is with the app on the phone?  The health features of the app on the watch will still work independent of the phone and will sync when the phone app becomes active.  You can still read your stats from the watch.
