Samsung TV and you tablet not working

I received the tablet and tried to set it up. Completed the setup and could not see the tv and you app or anything relating to it, just looks like a regular tablet. No response to my emails. Can anyone help me with this?

@Rixx247 It can take several hours for the software to be pushed to the tablet. How long has it been since you turned on the tablet?
