Samsung TV Plus Loud Sound

While watching Samsung TV Plus on my Samsung smart TV there is a loud low pitched sound.  This has been observed on the "The Movie Hub" for the past few weeks.  If a commercial break has enough content to fill out the two (2) minutes, everything is fine.  If there is insufficient commercial content the remaining time is filled out with a dynamic graphic saying "stay right there, don't leave, etc.".  During this time a LOUD low pitched sound occurs to the point I have to mute the sound.  It is so bad that I just mute at the start of the commercials because I know the "fill in" display will come and the obnoxiously loud sound will drone on for up to a minute.  Not a good thing for someone who wants the viewer to watch and listen to advertising content.

OK, that made me dig deeper.  Watched the "be back countdown" with our optically connected soundbar and got the loud low pitched sound.  Watched with only TV speakers, volume up to 100, no sound.  Thanks for you help!

Just switched to Movie Hub on our FrameTV and caught the "be back" countdown.

No sound at all (yes, not muted 🙂

Hilarious ... the OP marked their own reply as Solution, even though they were inspired by the first respondent
