I have a Q70R TV and went to use the Samsung TV app and it's no longer available. It was there yesterday. What's the deal?

Thanks. The app is no longer there but I accidentally found a way to bring it up via the TV guide button. It's listed there with Start Streaming. Once I brought it up I can use the TV connection to load it but very inconvenient & not intuitive.

I finally got around to checking the link and the option "Method 4. Reset the Smart Hub" did work so thank you for providing the info. 🙂 A PITA to do that but oh well 😉
