Hey, 

        So, I recently Got a S23 Ultra, and started setting up my device and finshed setting up. Then when i tried to setup samsung pass, I logged into my and tried to verify my fingerprint.

 

 It keeps popping the error "Couldn't Verify Fingerprints" please try again. 

I went through solutions in the forum, which said to try disconnecting wifi and try with mobile data and yea i tried switching to mobile data and tried a several times still it shows the same error. 

Also i triend forcestop, clear cache and data, Uninstalling and Reinstalling, removing my samsung account and relogin, removing fingerprints.

Expecting for solutions, Thank you!!!

Samsung wallet is not available in Netherland ! How i can got my passwords back.!!

This app is for US Samsung customers only. I'm sorry but the community here cannot help you.

However, try restoring your data first, then reset your fingerprints in Security if you can't?

your not under standing. we know as a stand alone app is gone but we cant use samsung pass IN  the wallet app "sign-in info" section is giving us the error.

Just been trying for 2 hours to fix this, tried absolutely everything. I can login to Samsung Wallet, but the second stage "Sign in" from th menu for viewing the actual passwords etc. e.g Samsung Pass integrated into the wallet doesn't recognise my fingerprint. The fingerprint works fine for other apps. so it must be something wrong with a Samsung software/app. ?

I have just been in contact with Samsung UK via Live Chat (20/04/2023 @ 13:19). Seems it's a known issue they are working on now. Don't know how long to fix, but I have a ticket number etc. It is for ALL devices, as it is a Samsung Pass issue. 

They are aware.

Oh ok..I am currently in the United States, however my fiance is in the u.k. also. And is having the same issues. The only difference is, I went and followed directions on trying to fix the issue myself my clearing my data and cache in the sansung pass app. So I don't know if everything will come back that I had previously saved in there! Now when I log in it just tells me thst it can't verify my fingerprint and to try again later, where before hand it was telling me I had a network error and to try again later. I wish inwould have not cleared out my data and cache due to now I'm concerned I might not retrieve that information back..😕

Could be a server issue. I heard the app is getting discontinued and Samsung Wallet will basically replace it.
