Samsung Health unable to link Health Records

I am unable to link my health system records in the Samsung Health app despite it being listed. I have confirmed that all information matches letter for letter including case. I had previously posted about this but it was deleted and when I reached out to chat support they were unable to assist

This may be a bug not allowing you to link them since this is a new feature that was just added to the Samsung Health app I would suggest giving it sometime and trying again at a later date

I figured as much! Last time they gave me a phone number to a specialized team to reach out to but they deleted my post shortly after, before I was able to call
