Samsung Health: remove Interests and allow us to customize the Home Screen

The recent update to Samsung Health has made it completely anti-user. The entire homepage is now dedicated to Samsung pushing random nonsense that I have zero interest in. 

I use Samsung Health for Steps Tracking and Water Tracking - I do not want advertisements for Zumba or reminders for me to eat. Let us permanently remove these sections and customize the Home page. 

Please please please remove all of this unnecessary bloat!

 Just changed my home page in Samsung Health to card view to try it out by clicking on their notification. I don't like the view, plus I get unremoveable ads now. 

I want to change back to the original view, but can't figure out how. It said you would be able to change it in settings but the only thing I find that said No Cards was not clickable. Has anyone experienced this and can tell me how to change it back,?

Samsung support is no help and just wants to remote into my phone.

Is there a way to block, turn off, remove, hide the fitness or together sections/notifications within the Samsung Health app? 

It's downright annoying and not useful.

How do I turn off Samsung Health Insights? 

We recently got a way to unload the "sleep animal" and now we have "Insights". I can delete the cards, but Samsung Health says they will return (apparently, whether you want them or not!)

I do not want or need them. How can I turn them off?

Totally agree with you.

Worse yet those insipid 'insights' take up the most important part of the screen and force information I actually WANT off the bottom of the screen.

Samsung, please stop hating on your customers.

You might as well have just called the OP stupid for how condescending this answer is.

Filling in your goals DOES NOT stop insights in any fashion. Filling in your goals REMOVES the prompt to fill in your goals and STARTS sending you the Insights in place of the prompt.

Please, learn the product you are trying to comment on and marking as a solution.

Couldn't agree more! Nobody asked for or wants those ridiculous intrusion. The canned responses here by Samsung just add insult to injury.
