When I want to get information about a product and speak to their live chat why do they insist that I get it or add it to my cart(like it'sthe last one in the world). Even when I tell them I'll get it at a later date or wait for a newer model they insist I get what I asked about. I just wanted a manual or understand the pricing of something, no need to force it on me to buy it. It's not like I'm never going to get it, I can wait.

Samsung customer service is a joke. I do buy my phones from their site because it's usually the cheapest pre-order. But if you need help with something or something gets messed up good luck. Most of the time you can find manuals for anything online. I wouldn't waste my time calling them.
