Has anyone else tried to do this one? I tried it today and thought I was going to puke or faint. Needless to say I failed the challenge hard ...only to Google it and realize it's likely impossible even for an elite athlete. Here are the instructions from the app:

This workout should be done on a hill with a slope of 10 to 20 degrees. Sprint up the hill for 20 seconds at a pace of 4 minutes and 49 seconds per mile, then descend and recover for 3 minutes. Repeat 6 times to strengthen your lower body muscles.

In other words this would mean an incline of up to 36% at a sprinting speed that an average runner could barely top out on a flat (let alone for 20 seconds continuous). 

I'm convinced this is an error with the level, but it also will not let me pass it without following these rules.
