I am having trouble with my RING app, it switched me from owner (S25+) to shared user and made my husband's phone the owner (23 Ultra) after we had changed this with tech support online with RING 2 months ago. My internet is now also dropping for several seconds to minutes throughout the day affecting all of my devices. Didn't have this problem before update. I have deleted cache in RING app on both phones. RING online support spent 2 hours online with me and were not able to diagnose or remedy problem.

Samsung Apps and ServicesIt may be an issue with your specific account, as I have not experienced any issues with my Ring products post-update.
