OneUI, 5.1 Blocked from accessing certain websites

I just updated my A8 tablet with Android 13, One UI 5.1. Now I can't access Kroger.com, QVC.com, or HSN.com. The the following error message appears:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "kroger.com" on this server.

This bug needs to be fixed.

Thank you for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community. I understand that after the update you are getting an Access Denied error. There are some troubleshooting steps to take to access websites. Please try the following:
1. Open Samsung Internet apps
2. Tap Menu
3. Tap Settings 
4. Click Sites and Downloads
5. Select Site Permissions 
6. Tap Cookies
7. Allow all cookies 
8. Go Back 
9. Tap the switch to allow JavaScript

If the issue persists, you can submit an inquiry. From the Menu (the three horizontal lines), tap Settings, and then swipe to and tap Contact us. Tap Error reports, and then tap Contact us/Error reports. Fill out the form and make sure Send system log data is checked off.
