Please include guests mode to ui 7 or multiuser feature other small phone have it talk less of High cost phone. I hear the feature is included in iPad thanks
yall help my phone updated and I hate it the apps are literally horrible I liked how they were originally before especially since I just spent a lot of money on this phone I like the old update better that might have just been because I was used to it but still this one is so bad I wanted to change back right now!!!
I've been content with Samsung because I've been with them since I was a kid. But for me the new UI is an eyesore.
I absolutely could just slowly get used to it and move on, but it has never been more tempting to try a different company's flagship since Samsung has yeeted my familiarity with their interface. (P.S. the similarity to Iphone gives me the ick.)
To be honest. The update is mad annoying. I mean somehow you can live with the different Dropdowns for Settings and Notifications, even if it makes not any sense to Split it. But you should have thought about the spotify settings at the lockscreen. We got big phones and not everybody got E.T. like finger to change the music with comfort. Just take the advice from the few people who actually giving Feedback, please.
Sounds like lots of folks are having issues. My alarms won't go off now, and my Teams messages and Outlook messages aren't coming through. Even my authenticator won't pop up with the information unless I open the app and force it to do something.
I don't feel like I can trust that I'll know if a message comes in while I'm away from my desk anymore.
Bought Samsung because I liked the layout, go with what you know. With this update it changed to many things, many other phones to choose from out there, I will be looking at those options going forward, years of loyalty to Samsung..
I am no longer giving my money to those who don't have my best interests at heart..compatibility issues on top of battery drain not a good look for what is supposed to be top of line phone, payed top of line price for. It would not let me send on the contact us so voiced where I could

My experience with UI7 so far is absolutely abysmal! I got a samsung, I don't want it to look like an iPhone. New icons are ugly and garish, image for battery life is unpleasant, and layout of notifications is gross. All with no clear way to change them back.
This update also committed a cardinal sin of UI updates, changing functionality. I detest how quick settings comes up and demand a way to change that back. If I swipe down from the top of anywhere on the right half of my screen, I get quick settings instead of seeing my notifications. This makes it difficult to use the phone one handed.
This update was clearly not properly user tested before it was pushed.
This update is awful, it rearranged everything and made my phone unintuitive to use. Considering switching over to apple because if Samsung is just gonna keep copying them, I may as well go get it from the source.
I have only owned Samsung since I was a teenager and as an adult, I have loved Samsung for it's originality but this update makes me want to find a different brand. The notifications & setting being separated is so irritating, using Samsung for all my life and now charging 1 essential function is so annoying. Come to find out they took that from apple, imagine Samsung taking apple features. How unfortunate they haven't fixed it yet, seeing all the backlash this update has had. I have a S22 and my phone basically doesn't even work, my phone freezes, when opening a online page it freezes, I can't scroll without it crashing. If Samsung wanted to loses customers then is update was the best option to do so.
