I'm talking about the leftist virtue signaling these companies do for inclusion. Then, they update their software to be less accessible and exclude people.
I work as a job coach. I just have seen a lot. None of my clients have mentioned it yet, but I can't help them if they do. I was also thinking if I had autism like my son that I'd be in full melt down yesterday. I still don't know if I can answer my phone.

I don't understand, you decry "leftist" inclusion efforts, but you want inclusion. I thought that inclusion WAS a leftist, liberal idea, yet a "right falling" neuro wants inclusion and accommodation. Doesn't make any sense. You do realize that inclusion is part of DEI, don't you? This is not the place for politics, but you brought it up. If you are neurodivergent and lived long enough to complete school, get married, have a child, you learned how to cope. So, cope.

PS yes, I know they hijacked disability inclusion and put it with DEI. DEI doesn't speak for me or my children. It's not actually for inclusion. They have different agenda that I don't agree with. I'm for equal access. No one wants to be a token employee hired just to fill DEI quotas. It's demeaning. You can't control for outcomes and still have dignity of risk (one of the human rights reviewed with my ID clients. It's there because institutional living artificially removed risks, and people suffered for it.).
They haven't been in plain English for 40 yrs then. I lawyer wrote them, and they don't make sense. I I know it that I know a lot of people with adhd and autism who get **bleep**ed over every time they make drastic changes. It's a big deal if you can't find **bleep** on your phone and your set it up to be meltdown free and the programmers cone along and want to **bleep** it up. These are assisting devices for some people!
