Keep emails indefinitely

Is it popossible to keep emails indefinitely? When I save important emails, they are erased automatically over time

Hello Mike,  We understand the importance of saving emails. Emails are stored on a server by your email service provider.  You would need to reach out to them to determine how long they are able to store the emails.
