What phone did you buy and what was added? All the phones have some AI component, the higher end the phone, the more sophisticated and extensive the AI. Samsung does a lot of things, but serving you ads isn't one of them. If you have a carrier locked phone they are likely coming from them or from some app they installed. I don't believe the carriers serve ads either. Apps do. You may have clicked a malicious link or downloaded a game that has malicious adware.
