A lot of people have the beta right now you could only get it if you had a T-Mobile device or you purchased directly from Samsung with a Model number ending in U1 for unlocked

Besides meeting the requirments, you also have to be quick on the draw. So many people were champing at the bit for the beta and basically camped out until the banner appeared, so it filled very quickly because of that and the limited models/carriers involved. Don't be a crybaby, life is not fair.
