Samsung Apps and ServicesHas anyone else who has goodlock notice the recent app customization not working? Mine works for a minute then goes back to default layout. I even had it updated and even uninstalled application. If anyone knows any suggestions let me know!

Samsung Apps and ServicesHey there, I am sorry to hear about Good Lock recent app customization not working, and can understand the inconvenience. What Android version are you on? Can you provide a screenshot of the layout used and of the device not using it for us?
As for suggestions, you can always try to see if a third-party application may be causing this behavior. Normally I would recommend Safe Mode, but Good Lock will not run under Safe Mode, so you may have to uninstall each third-party application (starting with your most recently downloaded). You can do this by going to Settings > Apps > find the apps in questions > tap it > Uninstall, then simply restart your phone and see if the issue persists. You can reinstall the apps later once you find out it isn't the cause of the behavior.
To make restoration of these easier in case the apps are not the cause, back up all your apps and their data. You can use this guide here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00060517/
If it is not a third-party application, you may want to try a factory reset. Utilize the backup guide as well, because a factory reset clears the device of everything except what came pre-installed on the device. The guide for factory resetting is here:
