1. Can't edit long emails because the cursor snaps to the top, rendering the email app USELESS.
2. Attachments to emails show up at recipients as 0kb files. Can't send attachments!!!
These are 2 basic email functions. Nothing works--clearing cache, disabling updates. Been a problem for a month since last major update. SAMSUNG WHERE TF IS THE FIX? I am shopping now for a non-samsung phone for myself for Xmas. What a waste of money.
AGREE with cGloop. I have a Galaxy S23+. They messed up my email. I also can't scroll and edit properly in the app to write my emails. So annoying! I finally went to phone store and they agreed it's the app. All my emails sync through it. As last resort I removed and reinstalled it, which lost my data, and that still didn't fix the problem. So frustrated. I expected a fix by now, but it seems I will have to manage my emails now in their separate email apps for the first time in Galaxy history (I have been using Samsung galaxy and it's email app since the first smart phone came out. Never had this problem before.) I mostly do email by phone so this really messes things up for me.
