Greetings!

I'm  looking for some assistance to fix audio lag issues with earbuds when watching Netflix, prime, etc.

Thanks for responding. I'm currently using tozo buds. So, you galaxy buds would make a difference?

This depends on you bluetooth device are you using samsung or another manufacturers product? The galaxy buds have a setting in the galaxy wearable app that allows you to turn on "seamless connection". This will be more effective if you stay close to the device.

Well, while they would make a difference I think you should be able to fix it with your current headphones. Galaxy buds are optimized for samsung phones and have an integrated module in the ui that allows for the toggling of certain settings. Other headphones can't always be accommodated. You're best fix would be to install Good Lock, then install the module called Sound Assistant. There's a setting called Bluetooth metronome. This should help you line up the audio output a little better.

No. I don't have galaxy buds. I have tozo. Do these downloads apply?

No. The auto delay isn't an on my phone. Only my Samsung Smart TV. There's a "Digital Output Audio Delay" on my TV but it doesn't seem to work with buds.
