Contacts App - Unable to organize or reorder favorite contacts

Hello, 

I haven't been able to reorganize or reorder my favorite contacts in the Contacts app.

Please create a patch to fix this problem, it has been an issue for awhile now. I have the latest update installed. Version 15.6.57.

You should be able to tap the 3 dots in the top right corner and select Reorder Favorites. I have the same Version of Contacts that you have.

I wish it was that simple. I had this feature on the S25, once they did the last couple of updates it went away. Attached screenshot is all that I have. No reorder option.

This sounds somewhat related to my problem:
The last software update wiped out my APPS file. Now my apps are scattered over 8 screens on my phone. How can I gather all the apps into one file?
